1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Plurp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Plurp. By using Plurp, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not create accounts for other people without their permission.
• You may not use another person's account without authorization.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Acceptable Use & Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Plurp has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Accounts that post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior toward other users will be terminated, with no warning required.

When using Plurp, you agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Post content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any individual or group.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Use the app to organize illegal activities.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Use automated systems to access the app (bots, scrapers, etc.).
• Harass, bully, intimidate, stalk, or threaten other users.

We commit to: (a) reviewing every report of objectionable content within 24 hours, (b) removing such content promptly, and (c) ejecting users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Content

• You retain ownership of content you create on Plurp (plans, messages, profile information).
• By posting content, you grant Plurp a license to display and distribute it within the app to the audience you specify.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Reporting and Moderation

• Users can report other users, plans, or messages that violate these terms.
• Users can block other users to prevent unwanted interactions.
• We review reports and may take action including content removal, account warnings, or account termination.
• We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Plurp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plurp and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Plurp after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
